Common gear (tent, sleeping bag, mat, stove, and cookware) will be provided. You’ll need to bring personal clothing. A gear checklist will be shared upon confirmation, and we’ll discuss alternatives to minimize unnecessary expenses.

There is no minimum fitness criteria to join the course. The course is deliberately designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels without compromising on each individual's learning experience. You will be provided a fitness improvement protocol that will help improve your current fitness so that you can enjoy the outdoor learning experience even more. If you have a specific health condition or concern like heart condition, respiratory condition etc, please contact us before enrolling.

The course begins at 9:00 AM (Sunday) on Day 1 - so you should plan your travel to reach Manali by 7:00 AM The course ends at 2:00 PM (Saturday) on Day 7. You can plan your return travel from Manali accordingly.

You can reach Manali by: Bus (recommended) : Overnight AC buses run between Delhi & Manali daily. Costs Rs ~1500. You will be dropped at the Manali Private bus stand. Take a cab from here to the hotel/homestay. All the buses from Delhi to Manali start between 5 pm & 11 pm. There are no buses during the day. It is suggested to take a bus between 5-8 pm so that you can reach Manali on time the next morning. Alternate options: - Cab : You can either take a cab from Delhi or from Chandigarh. - Flight : Nearest airport is Bhuntar but flights could be costly. From Bhuntar you will have to take a cab/bus to Manali

Batches usually get full 2-3 months in advance giving enough time to plan leaves and book tickets. We strongly advise enrolling while seats are available. Please indicate the dates you are interested in by contacting us - if there are any cancellations, you will be informed.

Yes. For student between 16 to 18, a consent letter from parent/ guardian is required (before the course start date). For younger participants between 10-16, a parent or an adult guardian must accompany them. A parent-child special batch is available. It is tailored for younger participants coming with their parent(s). Age ranges are suggestive and flexible. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your situation and we will guide you.

The course fee, or any payment towards it, is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the organizer, you may choose to reschedule to a future batch or receive a full refund, minus payment gateway processing charges, if any.
